Londinium Epoxy Flooring review: London's benchmark epoxy contractor
Direct crews, a 20-year warranty and half a million square metres: our in-depth Londinium review.
Published 26 May 2026 · Last updated 12 July 2026 · Written and fact-checked by Paul Whitmore, Lead Reviewer · Reviewed against our published judging process
Londinium is the best epoxy flooring contractor in London, a direct contractor since 2003 with over 500,000m² installed, directly employed crews and a 20 year written warranty. Our review found the most convincing London-focused resin operation on the market, with a scope that is deliberately, and usefully, narrow.

Who Londinium are
Londinium has laid resin floors across London and the South East for over twenty years, covering Greater London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey and Buckinghamshire. The client list is the first thing that stands out: Tate Modern, Toyota, Royal Mail, Amazon. The second is the model, a direct commercial and industrial contractor, not a broker, with every crew member on its own books.
What we rate
Directly employed crews are rarer than they should be in flooring, and they show up in consistency: the same trained people, the same standards, job after job. The 20-year written warranty is among the strongest in the sector, and the accreditations, FeRFA, CHAS, SafeContractor, Constructionline, with £10m public liability, tick every procurement box. Phased, night and weekend working means live sites do not have to stop trading. That package won it Best Epoxy Flooring Contractor London in the 2026 UK Trades Awards.
What Londinium is good for
Commercial and industrial resin floors in London and the South East from around 200m² upwards: warehouses, food production, healthcare, data centres with anti-static needs, car parks and retail. If your building is in its patch and your floor is commercial, it is the first call.
What Londinium is not the right fit for
Domestic work and small repairs, which it explicitly does not take on, jobs under about 100m², anything outside the South East, and non-resin flooring like tile, carpet or vinyl. That clarity is a feature rather than a flaw, but it does mean homeowners and small-shop owners should look elsewhere.
Verdict
Inside its patch and above its size threshold, nobody in London is more proven. See the full Londinium company profile, how it compares in our guide to the best epoxy flooring companies in London, and plan your programme with how long epoxy takes to cure.
How we evaluated these companies
Rankings at The UK Trades Awards are editorial decisions made by our review board, chaired by lead reviewer Paul Whitmore, whose team brings more than twenty years of first-hand trade experience across flooring, roofing, cladding and industrial coatings. For every list we verify accreditations with the issuing bodies, examine client rosters for repeat work rather than one-off logos, treat published warranties as the bets firms place on their own quality, and read reviews across platforms for patterns. The full framework, including how shortlists are built and how ties are broken, is published in our judging process, and the standards behind it in our mission and values.
