Announcing the 2026 UK Trades Awards winners

The UK Trades Awards is proud to announce its 2026 winners. Fifteen firms across flooring, roofing, renovation and the wider trades have been recognised this year, judged on workmanship, standards and the outcomes they deliver for clients.

Every winner below was assessed against our published criteria by people who know the trades from the inside. No sponsorships, no pay-to-play, just work that stood up to scrutiny. Here are the firms that set the standard in 2026.

The headline winners

Best Overall Resin Flooring Contractor UK: Evo Resin Flooring

The Essex-based, family-run specialist took the top flooring honour for its command of large-scale industrial epoxy, installations from 2,000 to over 10,000 square metres, backed by FeRFA accreditation, ISO 9001 and 14001, and Constructionline Gold. The judges highlighted the consistency of its project management on major sites.

Best Epoxy Flooring Contractor London: Londinium Epoxy Flooring

Over twenty years and more than 500,000 square metres installed across London and the South East, with every crew member directly employed and a twenty-year written warranty behind the work. A client list including Tate Modern, Toyota, Royal Mail and Amazon speaks for itself.

Best Industrial Roofing Company UK: Nationwide Industrial Roofing

Recognised for large-scale roof replacement across warehouses, factories and distribution centres, spanning metal and flat systems with licensed asbestos removal in-house, a capability that repeatedly separates it from the field on complex refurbishments.

Best Home Renovation Company London: Beams

Beams took the capital's renovation honour for pairing in-house design with personally vetted builders averaging fifteen-plus years on the tools, wrapped in protections we would like to see become the industry norm: locked-in fixed quotes, milestone payments held until the client approves each stage, and a twelve-month workmanship warranty with cover up to £10,000.

Multi-Trade Contractor of the Year: Anglia Decor

Painting, resin flooring, roofing and cladding delivered under one roof from Great Dunmow, with clients including FedEx, P&G and Whitbread. The judges recognised the rare ability to run four trades to a consistent standard on a single site.
