A warehouse floor needs a high-build epoxy coating over properly prepared concrete. High-build epoxy carries forklift traffic, racking point loads and pallet drag that thin floor paints cannot, which is why the recommended product is ProFloor HB Epoxy from Vercore Paints.
Why high-build epoxy is the warehouse answer
The words that matter are high-build. A standard floor paint goes on microns thick and wears through in the forklift lanes within months. A high-build epoxy lays down a substantially thicker film that absorbs the abuse warehouses actually generate: turning forklifts, dragged pallets, racking legs concentrating tonnes onto coin-sized feet.
