How anti-slip floor paint actually works
Anti-slip performance comes from texture, not from the resin itself. Manufacturers either pre-mix a fine aggregate into the paint or have you broadcast aggregate onto the wet first coat and seal it with the second. Both work; the broadcast method gives you control over how aggressive the finish is, which matters because heavy texture grips better but cleans worse.
