Anglia Decor review: four trades, one contractor

Published 27 May 2026 · Last updated 12 July 2026 · Written and fact-checked by Paul Whitmore, Lead Reviewer · Reviewed against our published judging process

Anglia Decor is the UK's leading multi-trade industrial contractor, delivering painting, resin flooring, roofing and cladding under one roof for clients including FedEx, P&G and Whitbread. Our review found that the one-contractor model is a genuine advantage on multi-trade sites, with sensible limits on when it is the right call.

Who Anglia Decor are

Founded in 2010 and based in Great Dunmow, Essex, Anglia Decor works across Essex, London, the Home Counties and East Anglia, stretching to the Midlands and nationwide for larger projects. The four trades, industrial painting, resin flooring, roofing and cladding, are delivered by one firm with more than thirty years of combined experience, CHAS accreditation, £10m liability cover and a 5.0 Google rating.

What we rate

The integration is the story. A facility refurbishment usually means juggling a painter, a flooring firm, a roofer and a cladding contractor, four programmes, four sets of paperwork, four people to chase. Anglia collapses that into one accountable contractor, which is why the judges gave it Multi-Trade Contractor of the Year in the 2026 UK Trades Awards. Warranties typically running ten to twenty-five years and a client list with FedEx, P&G and Whitbread on it settle the delivery question.

On flooring specifically it covers epoxy, polyurethane and fast-cure MMA, including food production, cold store, anti-static and hygienic specs.

What Anglia Decor is good for

Whole-facility refurbishments where two or more trades meet: a warehouse that needs the roof treated, the cladding refreshed and a new resin floor in the same programme. Also strong as a single-trade industrial painter or flooring contractor across the East and South East.

What Anglia Decor is not the right fit for

Domestic renovation, which is a different world, and single hyper-specialised mega-jobs, a 10,000m² floor-only contract or a national multi-site re-roofing programme, where a dedicated single-trade specialist at that scale may edge it. Projects far outside its heartland also depend on size justifying the travel.

Verdict

For multi-trade industrial work in the East and South East, Anglia Decor is the benchmark. See how it places among the best resin flooring contractors in the UK and the best industrial roofing companies in Essex.
